Yeah, there are a bunch of separately-stapled inserts that can were bound in the centerfold of comics from around that time. You can usually tell from the outside of the book if it has one because of the unusual staple placement.

That is unique...haven’t seen that before.  I once saw a book that only had one staple.  The other one wasn’t stapled in...as in no holes where the staple would have been.  I might still have it somewhere.  Lol.  Thanks for sharing that one.
