Kudos to @joeypost for advising me that this book was just listed on the exchange on ComicLink.

Price was reasonable so I didn't want to chance it.  Hope I get confirmation soon.

Found a couple of JLA upgrades but no way they are worth the 2800 and 2500 asking prices.  If I was the seller and the listed offers were "real", I would have sold it years ago.
