Havent recieved my comics 1 1

I sent in 4 tmnt first print comics on may 20th to be slabbed and graded and for some reason I just recieved an empty submission box on july 2nd. I have called and left messages and I cant get ahold of anybody

Maybe, if you purchased a membership recently, you are receiving the free shipping kit offered now.  You can check the status of your submission on your dashboard.  The 2 things are probably not related.

Dude...that's a shipping kit...it says so right on the paperwork in your photo.
