Character labels not showing up on online submission forms 1 1

Hello I’m having a problem I have not been able to add a character label in my cart ,there was no option during the process...I submitted one also for the Staranko in house signing and there was no option during the submission...please help would like to be happy with what I Want to pay for. Good morning,

If your book qualifies for a special label and the option is not coming up on your order form then it could mean you entered the book title incorrectly and the system is not recognizing it.  If the book does qualify you can simply hand write your request on the packing slip, notating which book and which special label you would like.  Or you can try your order again being sure to use only the drop down menu when selecting your book title.
