The Spectre #10 (2nd series).  This issue is a Millennium crossover, featuring a Batman cameo.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners (especially the bottom corner), as well as a small number of spine stress creases/ticks…with a few that very lightly break the ink.  The back cover shows a couple of production wrinkles (I believe) near the top edge of the cover.

The Spectre #0 (3rd series).  This issue is Zero Hour, featuring an appearance by the Archangel, Michael.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine plus condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners (especially the bottom corner), as well as a few spine stress creases/ticks that very lightly break the ink.  The back cover shows a few spots of light ink transfers, or soiling, along the top edge and the spine.

The Spectre #47 (3rd series).  This issue features an appearance by Phantom Stranger.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners (especially the bottom corner), as well as a handful spine stress creases/ticks…with a couple that very lightly break the ink.  The bottom spine corner has a bend through the book that very lightly breaks the ink on both covers.

The Spectre #58 (3rd series).  This issue features an appearance by Darkseid.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine condition, or better.  This comic shows very light wear along the spine and no tears at the staples.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a couple spine stress creases/ticks that barely break the ink.  The back cover shows a couple spots of extremely light ink rubs along the spine.

The Spectre #62 (3rd series).  This is the final issue in the series, featuring numerous DC character appearances.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a few spine stress creases/ticks that barely break the ink.  The back cover shows a couple of very light ink rubs in spots along the spine.  The upper right corner of the whole book has a bend crease, which is most apparent on the back cover.  If it breaks the ink on the back, it’s very minute.

The Spectre Annual #1 (3rd series).  This is a Year One story, featuring an appearance by Dr. Fate.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine/Near Mint condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a one or two spine stress creases/ticks that don’t appear to break the ink.  The bottom spine corner has a very mild bend through the book that barely breaks the ink on either cover.  Give this one a press and you could have a 9.4 on your hands.

Polybagged, newsstand edition copy of Spider-Man #1.  With cover art by Todd McFarlane, this issue features an appearance by Lizard.  The poly bag is NOT included.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine minus condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as one or two spine stress creases/ticks barely break the ink.  The front cover shows a small bend crease near the bottom spine staple that very lightly breaks the ink.  The back cover suffers from the common vertical indentation from the polybag, but it’s doesn’t break the ink.  The back cover also shows some ‘wrinkling’ near the bottom spine corner, but it’s difficult see if the ‘creases’ break the ink on the spine.  There is also a very mild bend of the back upper left corner that goes through the whole book.  There may be extremely light ink-breakage on the back cover at the same corner.  The bend can be pressed out.

Direct edition copy of Spider-Man #6.  This issue won CBG Fan Awards for Favorite Character, Penciler, Cover Artist, and Letterer.  It also features appearances by Ghost Rider and Hobgoblin.  The book comes with the original Wild Agents of Marvel Membership coupon.  I have two copies of this issue, both graded about the same.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a few spine stress creases/ticks that barely break the ink…if at all.  The front cover shows a few small ‘dimples’, for lack of a better word, near the bottom staple.  I’m not sure where they came from, but they are uniform and don’t appear to break the ink.  The back cover shows a mild bend crease on the top page edge that barely breaks the ink.

Direct edition copy of Spider-Man #7.  This issue features appearances by Ghost Rider and Hobgoblin.  I happen to have 3 copies of this issue (no idea why) and all three are in similar condition to the pictured copy below...if not slightly better. (thumbsu

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a number of spine stress creases/ticks…with a few that very lightly break the ink.  All three copies would benefit greatly from a press.

Newsstand edition copy of Spider-Man #18.  This issue features appearances by Ghost Rider and the Sinister Six.

I believe this comic to be in Fine/Very Fine condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a number of spine stress creases/ticks…with a few that very lightly break the ink.  The front cover shows a number of spots of either finger bends or general indentations from being handled a bit too much.  They don’t appear to break the ink.  The back cover shows mild bend creases near both page corners that may break the ink…it’s difficult to tell.  There is light soiling in spots along the spine.  The back cover also has bends/indentations from handling, similar to the front cover.  This comic would benefit greatly from a press.

1st print copy of Spider-Man #26, with a silver hologram enhanced cover.  This issue retells the origin of Spider-Man, while also containing a story demonstrating and describing Spider-Man’s powers.  The original gatefold poster by Ron Lim is still attached inside the comic.

I believe this comic to be in Fine/Very Fine condition, or better.  This comic shows light wear on the spine and no tears at the staples. There is very light blunting on all four corners, as well as a handful of sizeable spine stress creases/ticks…some of them very lightly break the ink.  The back cover shows a stress ‘wrinkle’ near the spine, between the letter ‘O’ and ‘N’ of ‘Charleston’.  The upper left corner of the back cover has a mild bend that goes through the whole book.  It might break ink on the back…it’s tough to tell.  The bound-in poster has a small bend on the lower left corner that very lightly breaks the ink.  I found the corner folded inside the comic, so I straightened it.  The hologram image has a couple very mild indentations.

Deluxe, newsstand edition copy of Spider-Man #46.  This issue features an appearance by Demogoblin.  The comic was originally polybagged, but the poly bag doesn’t come with it.  It does come with the original 16-page preview and animation cell.  The original bound-in Marvel Masterprints promo panel is still attached inside.

I believe this comic to be in Very Fine condition, or better.  There is light blunting of the spine corners, as well as a few spine stress creases/ticks that very lightly break the ink.  Both covers show telltale signs of being polybagged, but they are mild and don’t break the ink.  The bottom spine corner shows a mild bend that very lightly breaks the ink on the front cover.  This comic would benefit from a pressing.  The extra goodies are in pretty good shape.
