PGM X-men #1 1963 1 1

Have had this raw copy for a while and I have a general guess at the grade but looking for some expert opinions. 

 

FYI the small tear on the left of the spine goes through a couple pages and the the centerfold is well attached.

Honestly I saw on my phone and thought 3.0-3.5

However closer inspection on a better screen brings me more with what others are saying. It’s definitely better than 1.8 and I think nicer than a lot of 2.0 books so for me it’s 2.5

For comparison,  here is my 2.0.  

I think yours is similar,  but a little nicer.  Nicer spine,  cleaner presentation.

Thanks for the point of reference. I'd be happy with a 2.0. Considering the tears mine has I think that's probably where it will land.
