PGM Brave and the Bold 60/ Teen Titans 1 1

This one was one of the better conditioned books that i picked up from a 40 year collection recently. When i pulled it out , it didn't look like it had ever been opened. It hasn’t been pressed or cleaned but i will have it done when i send it in for grading. Thanks in advance to everyone for your opinions.

Is that line by the spine on the back cover a pencil mark? Or crease? A dry clean may remove a pencil. 

Assuming it's a crease I'm at 8.0 / 8.5
