Vice Squad  V1 #2.  Feb 1961

Well,  according  to  the article  Marilyn Monroe was  molested  when she was nine. With all the MM  stuff out there over the years  this  is the first
time I've seen that  particular story, Article  with one  small  head shot,  for  what it's worth.  The  rest of the articles  are  every bit  as   salacious.

Flat and tight,   glossy,  white pages, but something  has   ground  along the entire spine,  the whole spine strip is  MIA.

Asking  $5  for  a  whole  bunch  of  1961  sex  articles.

@lizards2 told me that this was the read of the year.  :takeit: based on his sterling recommendation.

Here we go,   last  item for the evening.

The Stocking Parade,   V1  #9,  April 1938

A bit oversize,  about a half inch taller  than  most  mags  from  this era.

There is  at least  one  photo,  and  often two or three,  of  leggy babes  in  stockings,  garter belts,  and lingerie
on  each  and every  page.  Some of the cheekiest of cheesecake!

Flat  and tight enough,  with small  tear  LH  BC, along  with some  light  soiling. Several
small  tears interior.

Asking $40

Barney  Google   sheet  music,   copyright 1923

Tough   to  believe it  nowadays,  but  at  one  time    Barney  Google  and  Spark Plug  were   among  THE  most  popular   cartoon  characters
in  existence.

Their  creator,   Billy DeBeck  appears  to have  done  the  original art  for  the  front  page,  and   the interior  has  a one sheet insert for  a
total  of  four  interior  pages  of  musical  notation.  Back page  has  another  song.

Small  ink   upper edge FC,  couple  small  pencil  notations.

Asking  $15,  and this  thing is  yuuge,  measuring  9-1/2 x 12-1/4,  so if you  want it shipped  flat it'll  have to go  in  a medium  flat rate
Priority  box,  a a  cost  of  $15.

G'morning!

The poor  ol' Weird Bits  thread  got short  shrift  last  night  as  I  piled  on  the   coals over  in   G/S/B,  so  here's  a  little  morning   fun
to plump  it  up  a  bit.

Who's Who   in  Western  Stars   #3, 1953

With  the exception  of   a  couple  dogears upper  RH FC and  a chip  off  lower  RH FC  this  is  about  as pretty  as the day it wa
published.  Flat  and tight  clean  and  glossy,  white  pages,  with  just a touch  of  general wear.

You'll also note  that it's  juuuuust  too big to fit on  my  scanner bed.

A  zillion  black  and  white photos  inside,  with,  quite  literally  over  500  Western stars   listed  and   imaged.   Many  pages
are full of  one paragraph  bios  with  a  head  shot,  but  many  more  are  one page  or  multipage/multipicture  reviews  of
the  Big  Names.  Chill  Wills?  Paragraph.  Hopalong  Cassidy?  Six pages.  Andy Devine?  Paragraph.  Rex Allen?  Five pages.
Several  multipage  reviews  of  Western movies to  boot.

Enjoy  a  Western  fan  festival  for  $10

Spicy Stories V4 #3, August 1930

Plenty  of  racy  stories,   bare boobs,  behinds, and lingerie  art in this issue,  but  it's a bit rough.
Couple  pieces out  FC,  couple   more  plus  a  piece  of  tape  BC,  and  in  the  back  of the mag  there's a page  with
a small coupon clipped,  but  all text  is  intact.

I'm  thinking that this  would  have been considered  VERY  spicy  in  1930.

Take a  look  at  the  scans,  you're buying  this  one  for  the  pretty  nekkid  gals  on the cover  and inside.

Asking  $50  SOLD!
