I was going to send in but found what appears to be a little bit of glue on the bottom back cover where there is a small rip. You can see two spots. I attached a picture. If you open those tears back up so the glue isn't performing a function, then I believe you will get a blue label with notes. In my experience, when you detect a little resto there is a chance for more resto, so really give it a once over for CT or possible trimming.
