While I was lurking in the GA sales threads peeping on cool books I can't afford. I saw what is most likely the most expensive book with Collectors Item on the cover.

There is a golden age pre code crime book with a murderer taking a severed hand as a souvenir. The cover says collectors item. I can't remember what the book was but I would assume that is the most valuable book with collectors item on the cover. 

Somebody hunt it down.
