Hi!

 
I just bought a copy of X-Men #1 signed by Stan Lee with a COA and an Excelsior hologram sticker, so it’s legit. I’m interested in getting it verified and graded by the OTHER company, but will the sticker (on the actual comic) lower the grade? Please advise. Thanks!
