This book is amazing Andy, GPA only shows a single 9.4 sale many years ago. So tough in grade.

Are you aware of any other file copies? I've always heard GK's are a bit of an unknown with respect to the number of HG copies out there due to the "file copy hoard", but I haven't seen any other copies of this one identified as such.

I've never seen another one, and I picked up this copy over two decades ago.
