Grading and Pressing Costs 0

I was going to submit a She-Hulk #1 and 2 Spider-Women #1's for grading and pressing.  They are both from 1978 and 1979 so they are in the modern tier but the She-Hulk is $24 dollars more for the services.  Why would this be, I included a screen shot below?  Thanks.

My guess is that it’s separated so it’s not under the same tier, but best to contact CGC
