Anyone seen an old signature of his or have a similar one?

I can’t confirm it, but he has used the ‘MD’ or ‘Doc’ elsewhere, referring to his name,  Michael Dalton (Allred).

I thought that was the case since the credits on the interior have him as M. Dalton Allred
