Here is the page showing Thor Annual 2 and Hulk 181 for Multiverse Corps Comics in Miami: https://www.multiversecorpscomics.com/full-comic-book-cleaning-service. Here are the same pictures on the page for Impressive Comics in New York: https://www.impressivecomicbooks.com/. This would seem to disqualify one of these sites from being trusted to press books. The only explanation I can think of that makes any sense is that they don't press books at all and were going to take all of the submissions and run. My guess is that they only had pressed cheaper books and wanted to display something more expensive to entice people to trust them to send in their expensive books. Nice work. I missed the note about them closing. Weird that they leave the site up. It looked like Impressive had a few other pictures taken in the same space that Multiverse didn't.
