I think it will get blue since Green Label is usually if the signature is on the cover.

It will be a blue label unless there is some other problem that affects the book such as a missing page or restoration. With books like this, CGC used to put "Name written in pen on 1st page" on the label (in lower case letters) but it likely won't affect the grade unless the book is extremely high grade. And with the volume CGC is doing these days, they may not even bother to put a note on the label.
