Let's move a book featuring everyone's friendly neighborhood Venom.  Wait, I think I got that wrong...

Necessities first:

Shipping (domestic):  Book will be shipped via insured USPS priority mail.

Returns:  No returns on CGC books as you know what you're getting.

Another modern that's showing some renewed vigor lately, Amazing Spider-Man 316 features an early Venom appearance with a classic McFarlane cover to boot.  Recent action has this book crossing the $400 threshold in 9.8.  But since I get to keep my 10% that eBay or ComicLink would normally take, let's call this guy -- $370 shipped.
