Captain Britain #1 Mask (Blue Label) or no Mask (still a blue label)? 0

Hello all,

Not sure if this is the right area of the forum to post this - but I've just seen something curious on ebay.

A copy of Cap Britain #1 in CGC 0.5 without a mask but with a blue label and saying INCOMPLETE.

So - does that mean that CGC are now no longer giving copies of that book submitted without the free gift masks qualified grades?

Just curious when that decision was made and how it might have been communicated OR is the book a fake?
