I'm not going to treat this person like a child. I might cut them some slack up to a point, but I think that point flew out the window months ago tbh. They either grow up and act professionally if they want to be in business, and open their ears to constructive criticism, or get out and find another hobby or profession.

Absolutely +1    Never meant to infer that he should not be treated as an adult or be expected to operate as one. .

He was trying to say people are more enticed by a description of a book rather then a grade, nevertheless despite the exhaustive counseling on the errors of his ways, he fails to think he is doing anything wrong

NO. people created their expectations of price through making their own determination so what the seller says the book is doesn't matter.

I don't have a goal post or an agenda. But it mostly certainly does and I think the ASM 11 example right here is an ethically provocative question.

My man, if there’s one thing all these posts prove to us, it’s that you have an agenda.

I just wanna be treated with respect and that people actually back up their claims with evidence and are willing to hear  "the other side." that's all I want for the cgc boards

And extending respect to others here will assure that same treatment is returned to you in kind.

I should clarify that if he were a young man wanting to learn, who occasionally made mistakes, and even who maybe occasionally was mildly obstinate, but who showed a willingness to listen to experienced people trying to help him out then he'd be treated with far greater respect and patience.  He is none of those things, though. He thinks he knows it all, accepts NO constructive criticism whatsoever, and will fail at this business eventually. And maybe that's for the best, considering the mounting evidence of his character and temperament. I don't wish him personally any ill will. But I have a problem with someone like him crudding on the collecting community.

I have a burning question which I must address to Dylan himself, and an honest answer or a simple yes or no will suffice.
