I think you have pages 12 and 13 showing, but the book is  Missing the physical page 12, or pages 23 and 24 in the comic.  Which based on this flip through is an ad for a hypno coin on 23, and the pin up on 24. 

I was guessing it was the pin up taken out.

Why would the #2 receive a .5 Blue label rather than Qualified and assuming a higher grade than a .5 if it was Qualified?

You can request a blue instead of a green, any incomplete book would be a 0.5, not sure why one got a blue and not the others though.
