Press/Cleaning - Looking for advice 1 1

You could call this a...pressing concern...?

I have a Fantastic Four 52, CGC 3.5, unrestored. The grader notes: heavy creasing to cover heavy staining to cover moderate tears to cover.

A few questions:

1) Would pressing likely help this book gain any grade? I know it won't help with the stains or the tears, but there are some bends/dents/folds.

2) Is there ANY way to help remove the staining WITHOUT getting a green-label? Same with that random marker on the moon. Can anything be done?

3) If restoring, how much would this gain in terms of grade/lose in terms of value?

4) Should I just suck it up and keep this book EXACTLY as is?

Pressing may help the book aesthetically, but it's stuck at that grade.

There is  nothing that can be done for this book to get a higher grade. It isn't rare so restoring it would work against you. If you want a better grades copy, best scenario is to sell this one and use that money for a better copy.

Thanks for the 6 cents! That's what I was leaning towards, I just wanted to see if there was a strong consensus to do something OTHER than leave it be.
