He probably tried, but as others have alluded to his mental health probably kept that from happening. 

Only way it could happen would be part of a prison commute sentence after fraud charges.

I have no idea who this guy is or of his past activities.

After reading this and another thread he's in for about 7 minuetes, this f-nut is now on my list to not buy from.

I think when Bob and others around here talk about a seller's reputation, well, here ya go....

I did the same.  I wasn't aware of this guy till this thread.  A lot has been said about him by some very reputable people, but that alone typically wouldn't be enough for me to give somebody the personal lifetime ban.  However, Dyldo's own postings are enough for me to determine I'll never do business with him.  I don't care if he has the last book I need for a run... he's never getting a penny of my money.
