I have an eBay account if that's what you mean @josephganja-6 with 98.8% positive feedback. And as far the return policy I would hope you know what your buying as long as you receive it in the condition you see in the photos. If for some reason my packaging job wasn't good or secure enough I would consider some sort of return but I don't usually allow returns on eBay due to headaches.
