That looks like a pretty significant stain on the left edge of the back cover...does that go into the pages at all?

No worries. It just appears to be pretty large and also appears to go into the interior as well. It will definitely impact the grade...

@The Lions Den The stain on the left edge of the back cover is pretty significant, appearing to go into all the interior pages. While looking the book over, I also noticed several smaller stains and a few spots of mildew.

Thanks for the update. Given the severity of the staining, I'd guess the book is probably in the 3.0 - 3.5 range...
