Amazing Spider-Man #176 1978 copy b

1st app of the third Green Goblin (Bart Hamilton), but Hamilton's fifth overall appearance, see note below.
NOTE: Bart Hamilton's first appearance was in ASM #167 as himself. His first appearance as the Green Goblin is in this issue, and his identity is revealed in ASM #180.
