Thank you for your responses.  I suppose it's the corners that mostly impact the grade for this book.  Does anyone think its worth a clean/pressing?

I feel 8.5 is definitely in the ball park, maybe a 9.0. I don’t see any obvious defects that are pressable/cleanable, but sometimes photos don’t capture minor imperfections. Like small indents only seen when you shine light on the book in different directions. May be worth a press just in case.
