Restoration includes small amount of color touch on cover, staples replaced (Tape on cover & interior)

There is some sort of scuffing or residue on the case, I haven't been able to remove, that is what causes the cloudiness in the center of the cover, it is not on the book.

1st Lex Luthor story (even though Superman #4 came out a week earlier, this is clearly the first time Supes encounters Luthor)
