PGM Batman The Dark Knight Returns book 1 2 2

Hey, I’m new to the site and CGC and not really new to comics but new to collecting them and learning about the grading system and such as I just recently had a resurgence of comic book obsession I lost because of day to day things. Anyway was just wanting to see what your opinions on the grade is for this Batman TDKR book 1 first print copy. I can’t scan them at the moment because of the pandemic. Thanks in advance!

7.5 IMO.

I think 7.0 is most likely. I don't think there is enough wear to warrant lower but there is enough wear to prevent it from getting much higher of a grade.

Thanks guys! I thought this was an absolute steal when I found it but then saw that degrading on the back as well and knew it plummeted the grade at least 1-1.5 if not more.
