Custom Labels not working 0

Trying to submit for the Signature Series event and when I get to the page where you select labels, it states "Loading Labels", and then nothing pops up. Near the check out it, it shows "View Custom Labels". but when I click it nothing happens. 

User error or someone else experiencing this?

Same happening for me. Safari, Mac Fully up to date if it helps.
