Is this Hulk 181 legit ? 1 1

The seller all_things_comics has caseloads of Hulk #181 and has several 'near perfect' (albeit clumsily trimmed and needlessly colour-touched) copies on eBay at all times.

I think he meant that the printer cut the top of the paper too low and cut off a small part of the image. But it looks like it actually got cut at an angle. There is more than enough space in the upper left, but the upper right is a bit too high. The Comics Code box is partially cropped off.
