Fantastic Four #1 CGC 2.5

Okay, I'm testing this out for a spin. I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell this but I think I'm ready, although my asking price is on the high end of going price. It has just been graded and is a blue label, CGC 2.5 with white pages. One piece of tape on interior of cover. A 2.0 just sold for $10k the other day. I will entertain offers to an extent. This is just hard for me to part with. We are a brick and mortar shop based out of an Oklahoma City suburb. We have a FB page, Instagram, and an upcoming website with an online store. We have sold on here for a few years, but this is by far the biggest book (we have sold a Daredevil #1 before).

Asking: $9,000
