Shipping is included in sale price for Canada and US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) using Canada Post. Additional charge for shipping elsewhere. No one on probation is permitted to purchase the book. First take wins (including over ALL PM discussions) Returns on raw books are accepted within one week of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping unless I have overlooked something major, so please be sure before you purchase. In the event this book sells, I may post other books over the weekend. There is a minute amount of colour touch along the spine of the book. There is some wear along the top of the spine but the spine is not split. Pages are supple. This book doesn't come up for sale very often and perhaps it's hyperbole but I doubt you'll find a cheaper copy. I'm only selling this because I've upgraded.
