X-men 14 and 28 1 1

Some lower grade older X-men issues I picked up for great prices. Issue fourteen has been folded down the center, and has some writing on the front (does that quantify a qualified grade?) All pages are complete on both, no torn staples, centerfolds are beat up decently but not extravagantly, more so on 14. There appears to be water damage top left back of 28 however there isn’t much ‘stain’ just some evidence of getting wet and then ‘bubbling’ while drying. Press worthy perhaps? Anyway, still pretty fresh to the game so any opinions would be helpful. Thanks in advance all.

That writing is fine and will not cause a qualified grade, and won't lower the grade at all.
