Coo Coo Comics #51 CGC 8.5 OW-W Highest Graded, Only Two on the Census (No doubt because who would submit these )  

No GPA Recorded Sales so not sure how to price it.  There is a Voldy 7.0 on Ebay for 89.99 w/Make Offer +$15 shipping so $105 all in but it hasn't sold so that tells me something.  I looked on Metro and some other sites and this issue wasn't in their inventory.  So I used Johnny Quick's Speed Force Connection Formula of 3X2(9YZ)4A to extrapolate the following price
