Items must be received the Wednesday before the scheduled signing weekend. Fee Schedule $15 Witness Fee per book. $10 Crack a slab. $2 Prep fee (per book) not sent to us in a window bag ready for signing. $5 shipping fee (per invoice) to get your books to CGC with insurance.
