So two wrongs make a right?

Wasn't me... I promise.

However, I would be lying if I said I would not be absolutely delighted to see a repeat of when Red Rock's wife entered the thread and threatened to sue everyone with defamation.   That would really provide a ray of sunshine on this rainy day on Long Island.

No, which is why I said, "it's not something I would do".

Others may call it "karma", though. Some people do think, "two wrongs make a right" or, "an eye for an eye". I don't agree with them, but I can understand their motives. 2c

I don't feel bad when people get 'just desserts'.

Some jackwagon from the boards posted on his wife's Facebook page yesterday.

Asked her about the comic and gave her a link to this thread.

I do not agree with this at all.

I’m sorry to hear that.  I apologize to KLD. I  condone that behavior from anyone.  Please leave her out of it.

So you don't feel bad about Kelly? She was not part of this. I did the research.

Jason can rot in hell.

She married a scumbag, apparently. So, no, I don't feel bad for her.

Something something "when you get married you share everything".

(shrug)

There is a reason I feel about asparagus the way I do. Thank you for confirming my opinion.

Originally PayPal ruled in his favor based on the tracking info.  I had to appeal the decision of that ruling.  The appealed case is now closed and I've got my funds for the book.  PayPal has informed me that they have filed an official press of charges towards the buyer and do not want him on their site.

On a side note, PayPal hooked me up with a web site. REPORT FILED ON THIS SITE.

Thanks for posting this. I had a similar issue with an IH 181 about a year ago. Sold the book on eBay and buyer returned a 90s X-Men comic. eBay eventually sided with me, but I was not aware of this site. Even though it was a year ago, I'll be filing a complaint.

Wondering why Shoomanfoo keeps up with the deflecting and just won't answer the simple question of if he has the book???  hm

Still no answers to:

1. Why did you send him an empty slab?

and

2. Do you have his comic book?

I don't recall any reaction to Shoomanfoo's claim that Catwomancomics' wife has the book, but did see additional requests for its location, so maybe it went unnoticed.

Not that it really matters at this point.

Out of curiosity, is there any reason why shoe could not just change his name and come back to the boards?

We see banned members on a regular basis here. Its not difficult.

I am updating the CGC Comic Board Bible / Dictionary...

Dylan - (verb) To Dylan, - The listing says 8.0. A buyer ships it.  Upon inspection, the buyer says it looks closer to a 2.0.  See also: "To Mile High"

and now...

Shoomanfoo - (verb) To shoomanfoo - Initiate a return and send back an empty slab.  See also: "German Newspaper"

This must be a variation of the noun Shoomanfoonigans.
