can you grade damaged cards? 0

I picked up an ICE black lotus last year, unfortunately the corners were clipped. other than the clipped corners everything else is flawless, will CGC even grade this? I know with other services they wont even look at it.

I would say they would grade it, albeit not very high however.

Yes, we would certainly grade this, but it would go into a green label.
