It looks like there is a stain on the top right-hand corner of the back cover. But then again, my eyes (or anything else, for that matter) aren't what they used to be.

Assuming no stain, I would say 7.0. That rippling along the right-hand side of the back cover is concerning.

That long color breaking crease on the FC will take it down. I imagine the rippling on the back can be cleaned up a bit.

CGC is famously giving ASM 129 5.0 and 5.5 so probably you will 5.5/6.0 for 121.
