probably somewhere between 3-10 business days after they receive your shipment.  Might depend on volume and staffing to some extent.

also, like many companies do they have contact info including telephone numbers and electronic mail aka email addresses where customer service reps (who are paid employees) where you as a paying or prospective customer can get questions answered.
