astrometric
Just wondering if anyone had thoughts on this. Comic has all the sigs on the back cover, so it presents from the front as a blue label - pros/cons? Thanks in advance. Cheers.
s-man
The problem with that is lots of books have ads on the back and wouldn't match well with the sigs.

ExNihilo
I get that sigs aren't everyone's cup of tea because it covers the artwork. In a slab, the representation of someone's contribution to the book is limited to the front and back covers. The back here tells me about Frogger. I don't see the connection between Romita, Shooter (?) and whomever else to Frogger. At the very least, when a book is signed on the front, I can make the connection from the creator to the book. I can't say I would particularly like to have my book signed on the back (with exception to a blank cover), but to each their own. Gator Guru and astrometric 1

It’s a great plan if you want to spend all the money it takes to create a yellow label book, and never be able to get it back. This has been discussed many times. No one who would normally be in the market for an SS book will want it, and neither will blue label collectors. You would have to find a unicorn who feels exactly the same way you do about that exact same book, or a Registry zombie who wants the points. The only time to get back covers signed is when there is artwork there, or maybe in the example above if the person has a connection to the Frogger game. eee91, CardiacKid1, Kevin.J and 2 others 3
revat
I like it when it’s a “got milk” ad on the back, and they get the celebrity to sign it. astrometric and KingPin_86
bobotski
Agreed on the ads. There are some variants that don't have any ads on the back, but they a re extremely few and far in between for specific books that you want to get signed. For me, front cover and nice placement will do.
