Lack of Grader Notes 1 1

Hi

I feel like the company should encourage graders to leave more bits if not make it mandatory. 
 

please look at this thread:

I submitted two books, same issue, one came back 9.8 and one 9.6. Thing is when I posted the CGC images I received everyone guessed that the 9.6 was the 9.8 . I have no problem receiving a 9.6  in fact I thought both books could have gone either way  but what I would like is notes explaining why one was 9.8 and one was 9.6

I'm actually interested in an answer from CGC.  I just got back a Venom #4 Third Printing that came back at a 9.4.  It was with two other modern issues that both came back at a 9.8.  No grader notes. No way of knowing what was wrong with the Venom. Really not happy because I never would have had to graded if I didn't think it would come back at a 9.8.
