Thor #5 NM+ 1st Cosmic Thor/Black Winter Herlad of Galactus!  Hard to find 3rd printing with the best cover! $6 (Raw shipping just $3.50), #6 NM+ $9 1st Print (Donny Cates Black Winter & Cosmic Thor!)  Razor sharp, Hand picked off the shelf, I would guess at least 9.6, but I would not be surprised if either got a 9.8 from CGC.
