it depends on the event and the artist/celebrity/creator, and possibly even the number of books or if you plan to submit the book to CGC (or another grading company).  But also in many cases in my experience, it has been free.

If you are asking about getting a book signed while being witnessed by CGC, you should dig through the website for details on submission prices and specific events.
