This is a CBCS comic, did you go to their forums and ask them?

i'd also search on deviant art or Instagram for an artist with that name.

I actually think that this was a "test book" for some artist. They were trying different coloring media to see how they turned out. Since "Master Pencils" is one of the very prevalent types of colored pencils, I am fairly confident about this. It would be like seeing "Copics" or "Sharpies" at the top of a sketch. @Khaotic Dragon
