Someone must have found Steranko's Hulk imperfect, because the face was redrawn by Marie Severin. The original face turned up wnen British Marvel recycled the cover.

Those look like ordinary brown trousers, rather than his typical hyper-elastic, ‘one pair fits Hulk and puny Banner’ purple trousers.
