I was wayyyy off. See it is stuff like this that make me want to get more of my own stuff graded as I seem to be harsh a lot of the time. I probably have some books I think are only 7.0-8.0 that have 9.0 potential......ah the learning continues. Thanks for sharing the grade!

Yeah I got it pressed and clean before sending it in to CGC. I was totally blown away by this grade, I also thought it would be 7.0.

Yes, I think many people here grade too harshly.
