I have one page of detective comics #140. It pictures the riddler in his first appearance ever. 
 

Questions is NG 1 page how much will this re sell for ?

Find out how much the entire book sells for if it were all the same condition as this book. 

then take off half because at best we’re talking about a married reconstruction of a book.

then take 70% of that number because the cover is more important 

then divide by the number of pages of the complete book.

then multiply that number by 4 because it’s more key that other pages of the book.

 

Or ballpark of $75-$200 if you got the Cgc NG blue label
