PGM Detective Comics 400 2 2

Please grade my Detective Comics 400. 

* issue has some creasing along the front cover spine; some indentation marks on Batman (see picture for more detail).

* on back cover, there are 2 separate areas that very small rips/tears/chew?  Doesn’t go through to interior pages.
 

1) 1st area is lower right corner, maybe 1/3” (see pictures for more detail)

2) 2nd area is upper right corner very tiny area affected (see pictures for more detail)

I think anything less than a 5.0 is harsh. That small chunk missing along spine sucks, otherwise this book has easy 7.0-7.5 potential.

I will venture 5.5. I don't think it can hit 6.0 with that spine issue.
