Why would a buyer have to contact you first if paying with Paypal?

Because I don't accept it otherwise? And because of chargebacks from shady buyers? Anything else you'd like to ask or you done flexing?

A lot of members only accept checks or money order due to PayPal fees, PayPal fraud, customer service nonsense, etc etc
