How much do "breakdowns" change value vs full pencils 1 1

I would say it depends also on the inker. Janson on layouts, not so bad.  Colletta (and I am not so negative on Colletta),,Mmmhhhh

Layouts would just loosely indicate what should go where. Breakdowns would be tighter and more detailed.
